Returns

At Eyra Amsterdam, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

Cooling-off Period
You have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

After registration, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Provided with all original labels and packaging
- Free from damage, odors, stains, or other signs of use

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially reimbursed.

Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or the product has been used.

Return Costs
The costs for returning an order are for the customer's account, unless otherwise agreed or when a product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used to place the order.

We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the return shipment has been received or until proof of shipment has been provided.
