What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 3 to 5 business days.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email with which you can track your package.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on orders over €75. Any shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receipt. Please see our returns page for more information.

When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible via info@eyra-amsterdam.nl. We can only process changes or cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay, among others.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@eyra-amsterdam.nl and attach photos of the damage if possible. We will then work together to find a suitable solution.
