Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the Eyra Amsterdam webshop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Products

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in color, size or appearance due to screen settings do not entitle the customer to compensation or termination of the agreement.

Article 4 – Prices

All stated prices include VAT.

Obvious errors or mistakes in prices or product information are not binding on Eyra Amsterdam.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment must be made in full using the payment methods offered during checkout.

An order will only be processed after successful receipt of payment.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days.

The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 3 to 5 working days.

Stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding a delivery period does not entitle the customer to compensation.

Eyra Amsterdam is not liable for delays caused by carriers or other circumstances beyond its control.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without stating a reason.

After notifying the return, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product.

Article 8 – Return conditions

Returned products must be:
- Unused and unworn;
- In original condition;
- Provided with all labels;
- Free from damage, odors and signs of use.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially reimbursed.

The costs for return shipment are for the customer's account, unless it concerns a wrongly delivered or defective product.

Article 9 – Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used to pay for the order.

Eyra Amsterdam may delay reimbursement until the return shipment has been received or until the consumer has provided proof of shipment.

Article 10 – Warranty and complaints

If a product is delivered defective or damaged, the customer must report this as soon as possible via info@eyra-amsterdam.nl.

Complaints will be handled within a reasonable period of time.

Article 11 – Liability

Eyra Amsterdam is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence.

Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order.

Eyra Amsterdam is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.

Article 12 – Force majeure

Eyra Amsterdam is not obliged to fulfill its obligations if fulfillment becomes impossible due to force majeure, which includes, but is not limited to, disruptions, transport problems, government measures, natural disasters and other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Article 13 – Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Eyra Amsterdam's privacy policy.

Article 14 – Applicable law

All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
